Saratoga Olive Oil is a family business based in Saratoga Springs, NY. With brick and mortar locations there and in Lake Placid, NY, and Burlington, VT, they built a reputation for offering the freshest olive oils and delicious balsamics to local residents and tourists.
Over the years, as their business grew, they began to sell their popular products online and found themselves facing new competition from olive oil companies around the world.
The challenge
Sometimes a brand needs a refresh to move into a new market and compete with other high-end brands. This gourmet food client needed fully-developed brand guidelines to take their company to the next level and to establish their reputation online.
We worked to define their new target audience, updated brand goals and voice, and gave them a refined new look that can go head to head with the best gourmet and luxury competitors.
